4e503aec7f MDEV-24593 Signal 11 when group by primary key of table joined to information_schema.columns
I_S tables were materialized too late, an attempt to use table
statistics before the table was created caused a crash.

Let's move table creation up. it only needs read_set to
be calculated properly, this happens in JOIN::optimize_inner(),
after semijoin transformation.

Note that tables are not populated at that point, so most of the
statistics would make no sense anyway. But at least field sizes
will be correct. And it won't crash.

f3b10354a9 MDEV-24230 subquery on information_schema fails with error message
disable thd->count_cuted_fields when populating internal temporary
tables for I_S, because this is how SELECT works standalone.
And if the SELECT is a part of INSERT or UPDATE or RETURN or SET or
anything else that enables thd->count_cuted_fields, this counting should
only apply when storing the result of the SELECT in a field or a
variable, not when populating internal temporary tables for I_S.

00bf48827f MDEV-23445: LIMIT ROWS EXAMINED throws error in Debug build only
Analysis: When we reach the maximum limit to examine rows killed_state is set
as ABORT. But this isn't an actual error and we still return TRUE. This
eventually sets error as UNKNOWN ERROR.
Fix: Check if need to stop execution by checking the killed state. If we have
to abort it, return false because this isn't an actual error.

7f4c749d64 MDEV-21201: Add --sorted_result to the test, for 10.4
On MariaDB 10.4 (commit 4db4b77365),
the query results would not be sorted, which creates random result
differences. Let us explicitly sort the results already in 10.3
in order to avoid future merge trouble.

a8458a2345 MDEV-21201 No records produced in information_schema query, depending on projection
In case of NATURAL JOIN / USING mark all field (one table can not be opened
in any case so optimisation does not worth it).

IMHO table should be checked for used fields and filled after prepare,
when we will fave whole info about used fields but it is too big change
for a bugfix. Which will be made later by Serg patch

7fb9d64989 Changed FLUSH TABLES to not change share version
Part of MDEV-5336 Implement LOCK FOR BACKUP

Originally both table metadata lock and global read lock protection
were acquired before getting TABLE from table cache. This will be
reordered in a future commit with MDL_BACKUP_XXX locks so that we
first take table metadata lock, then get TABLE from table cache, then
acquire analogue of global read lock.

This patch both simplifies FLUSH TABLES code, makes FLUSH TABLES to
lock less and also enables FLUSH TABLES code to be used with backup
locks.

The usage of FLUSH TABLES changes slightly:
- FLUSH TABLES without any arguments will now only close not used tables
and tables locked by the FLUSH TABLES connection. All not used table
  shares will be closed.
Tables locked by the FLUSH TABLES connection will be reopened and
re-locked after all others has stoped using the table (as before).
If there was no locked tables, then FLUSH TABLES is instant and will
  not cause any waits.
FLUSH TABLES will not wait for any in use table.
- FLUSH TABLES with a table list, will ensure that the tables are closed
before statement returns. The code is now only using MDL locks and not
table share versions, which simplices the code greatly. One visible
change is that the server will wait for the end of the transaction that
are using the tables. Before FLUSH TABLES only waited for the statements
  to end.
