0ca3250e59 BUG#30435 loading large LOAD DATA INFILE breaks slave with
read_buffer_size set on master
BUG#33413 show binlog events fails if binlog has event size of close
          to max_allowed_packet

The size of Append_block replication event was determined solely by
read_buffer_size whereas the rest of replication code deals with
max_allowed_packet.
When the former parameter was set to larger than the latter there were
two artifacts: the master could not read events from binlog;
show master events did not show.

Fixed with
- fragmenting the used io-cached buffer into pieces each size of less
  than max_allowed_packet (bug#30435)
- incrementing show-binlog-events handling thread's max_allowed_packet
  with the max estimated for the replication header size

1032038579 Bug #31359 change_master sets group_master_log_pos twice,
ignores future_group_master_log_p

There was a redundant assignement. However, that's the only artifact.
Wrt to future_group_master_log_position, there is no issue.
The counter is supposed to be set at Log_event::exec_event().
It's used only by Innodb for recovery purposes.

5daff6547e BUG#30752 rpl_dual_pos_advance valgrind (jump depends on uninitialized LOG_INFO)
Problem: one thread could read uninitialized memory from (the stack of) another
thread.
Fix: swapped order of initializing the memory and making it available to the
other thread.
Fix: put lock around the statement that makes the memory available to the other
thread.
Fix: all fields of the struct are now initialized in the constructor, to avoid
future problems.

483bd10de8 Fix for bug #29420: crash with show and purge binlogs
Problem: in case of failed 'show binlog events...' we don't inform that
the log is not in use anymore. That may confuse following 'purge logs...'
command as it takes into account logs in use.

Fix: always notify that the log is not in use anymore.

93b1fe65d8 Bug#26664 test suite times out on OS X 64bit
- The "mysql client in mysqld"(which is used by
   replication and federated) should use alarms instead of setting
   socket timeout value if the rest of the server uses alarm. By
   always calling 'my_net_set_write_timeout'
   or 'my_net_set_read_timeout' when changing the timeout value(s), the
   selection whether to use alarms or timeouts will be handled by
   ifdef's in those two functions.
 - Move declaration of 'vio_timeout' into "vio_priv.h"

b50f3c3149 BUG#25306 (Race conditions during replication slave shutdown (valgrind stacks)):
The possibility of the race is removed by changing sequence of calls

  pthread_mutex_unlock(&mi->run_lock);
  pthread_cond_broadcast(&mi->stop_cond);

into

  pthread_cond_broadcast(&mi->stop_cond);
  pthread_mutex_unlock(&mi->run_lock);

at the end of I/O thread (similar change at the end of SQL thread). This ensures
that no thread waiting on the condition executes between the broadcast and the
unlock and thus can't delete the mi structure which caused the bug.

b4b06d7a67 BUG#19402 SQL close to the size of the max_allowed_packet fails on the slave
A communication packet can also be a binlog event sent from the master to the slave.
To be sent by master dump and accepted by slave io thread both have to have
the value of max_allowed_packet bigger than one that client connection had.

In the patch there is the MAX possible replicatio header size estimation for events
in binlog that embedded user query. Only these events of query_log_event type, i.e
just plain queries, require attention.

d881fb36b9 Bug#17284 erroneous temp table cleanup on slave.
Idea of the fix is for master to send FD event with `created' as 0
     to reconnecting slave (upon slave_net_timeout, no master crash) to avoid destroying temp tables.
     In a case of a connect by slave to the master after its crash temp tables have been already
     cleaned up so that slave can not keep `orphan' temp tables.

8974ce0836 Many files:
Semi-synchronous replication for InnoDB type tables; before telling the client that a commit has been processed, wait that the replication thread has returned from my_net_send() where it sends the binlog to the slave; note that TCP/IP, even with the TCP_NODELAY option does not guarantee that the slave has RECEIVED the data - this is just heuristic at the moment; this is useful in failover: in almost all cases, every transaction that has returned from the commit has been sent and processed in the slave, which makes failover to the slave simpler if the master crashes; the code does not work yet as is, because MySQL should call innobase_report_binlog_offset_and_commit() in a commit; we will most probably return that call to 5.0.x, to make InnoDB Hot Backup and group commit to work again; XA code broke them temporarily in 5.0.3

f169114042 WL#874 "Extended LOAD DATA".
Now one can use user variables as target for data loaded from file
(besides table's columns). Also LOAD DATA got new SET-clause in which
one can specify values for table columns as expressions.

For example the following is possible:
LOAD DATA INFILE 'words.dat' INTO TABLE t1 (a, @b) SET c = @b + 1;

This patch also implements new way of replicating LOAD DATA.
Now we do it similarly to other queries.
We store LOAD DATA query in new Execute_load_query event
(which is last in the sequence of events representing LOAD DATA).
When we are executing this event we simply rewrite part of query which
holds name of file (we use name of temporary file) and then execute it
as usual query. In the beggining of this sequence we use Begin_load_query
event which is almost identical to Append_file event
