mysqlcheck fix-view-algorithm -> upgrade-views

Change mysqlcheck option to upgrade-views={NO,YES,FROM_MYSQL}

views and add mariadb-version by default. upgrade-views=from_mysql if
MySQL is detected as teh origin version.
