mysql_upgrade.sh removed.
client/mysql_upgrade bunary should be used instead BitKeeper/deleted/.del-mysql_upgrade.sh~826da969ccf96ef: Delete: scripts/mysql_upgrade.sh scripts/Makefile.am: mysql_upgrade.sh removed
