simplify CMakeLists.txt for cassandra/connect engines now, if the dynamic plugin puts itself in a distinct component, then * ${plugin}.cnf file is generated and installed automatically * a separate RPM is generated automatically * necessary FILELIST/PROVIDES/OBSOLETES/REQUIRES are filled in automatically
