Add pwg.extensions.checkUpdates method to webservices.
Add a warning message on intro page if update is availble for piwigo or extensions.
Add an "Ignore All" button on extensions update page.

63c9cbfe2a improvement: use the jQuery tip to open link on a new window, just use 
class="externalLink" and jQuery do the job.

14778ce673 feature 1502: based on Dotclear model, P@t has reorganized the way Piwigo 
manages template/theme in a simpler "theme only level" architecture. It
supports multiple level inheritance.
