Use php-gettext (developpement version rev43, because of php5.3) as fallback
Use native language (english) instead of key for translation
Keep directory en_UK for english customization
Need some refactoring for plurals

bugged (r2297 was repeating new and old header).
By the way, I've also removed the replacement keywords. We were using them
because it was a common usage with CVS but it is advised not to use them with
Subversion. Personnaly, it is a problem when I search differences between 2
Piwigo installations outside Subversion.

- complete quick search rewriting
- now we can quote phrases as in google "New York" is not the same as New York
- user comments not searched anymore (faster)
- the big full text query does not use joins anymore (faster)
- related tags not shown on the index page, but now you can see the matching tags and matching categories

- security fix (html escape name, version, uri, author... to avoid javascript injection which could automatically simulate click on Install)

Web services:
- web service explorer now caches method details in order to avoid unnecessary web calls
- web service explorer can now send parameters as arrays
- web service explorer uses now prototype.js version 1.5

- added and use function bad_request (sends http status code 400)
