Create thumbnail through ajax.
Remove $conf['tn_width'], $conf['tn_height'] and $conf['tn_compression_level'] parameters.

74e07f090b move the logo outside the text, to make the text easier to read. 
The footer logo was going outside the footer (the footer is 46px in height,
the logo is 45px, it has to be sticked to bottom)
