shows a connection box (and only this), then if the user is an admin shows the
"Hello %s, your gallery is empty...".
I've also added the ability to deactivate this message. Only an admin can
deactivate it.

Replace all mysql functions in core code by ones independant of database engine
Fix small php code synxtax : hash must be accessed with [ ] and not { }.

bug 1187: set_magic_quote_runtime and get_magic_quote_gpc are depreciated and can produce notices from PHP 5.3.
Add a @ to avoid this notices.
This functions need to be removed with PHP 6

bug 968 fixed: charset is set in HTTP header.
improvement: in the "this gallery is locked" message, the link to the

bug 926 fixed: change links to piwigo.org so that they go to existing URLs.

- try to get rid of some JS strict warnings in FF (hope it's fixed)
- template.class.php is included from functions.inc.php instead of common,upgrade,install (maybe later I will try to see the perf impact of compacting/compiling functions.inc.php together with the included files from itself)

- security fix : when conf['question_mark_in_urls']=true , $_SERVER['PATH_INFO'] was not sanitized against sql injection
- mysql errors are now dumped using trigger_error instead of echo and die -> allow admins to see later on if someone tries funny stuff
