14778ce673 feature 1502: based on Dotclear model, P@t has reorganized the way Piwigo 
manages template/theme in a simpler "theme only level" architecture. It
supports multiple level inheritance.

eb07150f22 - 883: category status wasn't saved. 
- 870, 877, 878: growfield plugins send wrong value when empty textarea. Now use another plugin for autogrow.

c50a7dca1e jQuery use. 
Purpose of include for template. More easy to use on plugin.

"include file" don't work on include file? => double declaration
