- merged the linkroot integration with the existing gallery_url (unique $conf['gallery_url'] used for RSS, mail homepage root in the browse path)
- added an option $conf['debug_mail'] - if set all outgoing mails are saved into local_data_dir

bug 1329: backport the check_input_parameter on trunk
feature 1026: add pwg_token feature for edit/delete comment. Heavy refactoring

Replace all mysql functions in core code by ones independant of database engine
Fix small php code synxtax : hash must be accessed with [ ] and not { }.

By the way, I've also removed the replacement keywords. We were using them
because it was a common usage with CVS but it is advised not to use them with
Subversion. Personnaly, it is a problem when I search differences between 2
Piwigo installations outside Subversion.

- iptc are now converted from iso-8859-1 or utf-8 (automatic detection) to pwg charset

A recent picture is a last picture but a last picture is not a recent picture.
A recent category is a last category but a last category is not a recent category.
So it's a proposition about last is not like recent.
Improvement of string including decimal number in order to concord singular and plural.
Now, function l10n_dec must be used.

- send 404 when feed id missing/unknown
- added a guid element for each feed item (make the difference between 2
different 0/1 items - they have the same link element)
- don't update last_check unless some news are available
- new images/updated albums removed from the 0/1 feed item
- added 5 different feed items for new images/updated albums (generated by
grouping post date) with more information, thumbnails and links

language keys, alphabetical sort. No faq.lang.php anymore (replaced by
help.html). Only done for en_UK.iso-8859-1.

can avoid fixed frequency notification to concentrate on variable
frequency notification, which is much more interesting. To do this, feeds
have moved to a dedicated table allowing each user (including guest user)
to have more than on feed.

fields can be configured.
- modification : profile.php is not reachable through administration anymore
(not useful).
- modification : in profile.php, current password is mandatory only if user
tries to change his password. Username can't be changed.
- deletion : of obsolete functions get_user_restrictions,
update_user_restrictions, get_user_all_restrictions, is_user_allowed,
update_user
- modification : $user['forbidden_categories'] equals at least "-1" so that
category_id NOT IN ($user['forbidden_categories']) can always be used.
- modification : user_forbidden table becomes user_cache so that not only
restriction informations can be stored in this table.

- new database field : comments.validation_date (datetime). This field is
required for notification feed.
- new database field : users.feed_id (varchar(50)). users.feed_id is an
alias of users.id but is much more complicated to find (50 characters,
figures or letters, case sensitive) : the purpose is to keep it secret (as
far as possible).
- new database field : users.last_feed_check (datetime)
- new database field : users.registration_date (datetime)
- bug fixed : no need to add the (unavailable) session id to install.php in
the installation form.
- modified database field : images.date_available become more precise (date
to datetime). This precision is needed for notification feed.
- new index : comments_i1 (validation_date). Might be useful for feed
queries.
- new index : comments_i2 (image_id). Useful each time you want to have
informations about an element and its associated comments.
- version 9.11 of mysqldump outputs database field names and table names
with backquote "`" (didn't find how to take them off)
