slaws 23e8b27b3e Correct some version numbers in Beta1. Some of these are in comments and some are not actually used but it removes the noise when I scan the code.

=========================

Welcome to this Tuscany SCA release. 

See the RELEASE_NOTES file for information specific to this release.

Please note that milestone releases may support experimental
features and APIs that may not exist in future releases.
