Building Tuscany SCA on Linux.

1. Extract the source to a folder. 

2. You need to set the following environment variable to point to tuscany sdo 
        TUSCANY_SDOCPP

3. You need to set the following environment variable to point to Axis-c installation: 
        AXISCPP_DEPLOY

4. Build the source
	./build.sh
