restrictions. Only the top level WSDL is shared and dependent XSD is not. I've added guards for the case where parameter types cannot be converted to WSDL. If interface information is insufficient to run the match the interfaces are assumed to be compatible and matching is left until runtime. 2011-08-25Allow the binding.sca URI to be configured with the base URI as with all ↵slaws2-9/+7
other bindings. The default binding now delegates to other remote bindings which require access to the properly based URI.
