and from org.osoa.sca.annotations to org.oasisopen.sca.annotation to reflect the new package names in the OASIS Open SCA specifications.
To do this, I:
* Renamed the org.osoa.sca package to org.oasisopen.sca using Eclipse refactoring
* Renamed the org.osoa.sca.annotations package to org.oasisopen.sca.annotation using Eclipse refactoring
* Did a global search and replace for all remaining instances of the old org.osoa package names and replaced with the new org.oasisopen version
Hopefully, I have not missed too many instances of the old package name

APIs, only the SCA spec standard programming model. Applied the same idea to calculator in a new calculator-lean module to show how this pattern works with just components (helloworld-ws-reference-lean used a reference with a WS binding). Also started to show how test cases can use the same pattern in calculator-lean.

use a reference in a client program without having to use a different component class. I'll add more comments describing the various options demonstrated in the sample to JIRA TUSCANY-2556, which I've created for this work.
