2008-10-09	Work in progress. Continued to clean up cross bundle dependencies on ↵	jsdelfino	2	-48/+0
	implementation classes, like ScopeRegistry, CompositeActivator, ContributionService, some of the factories. Added declarations of some of these utilities to the relevant modules.
